The Role: AutoCAD Project Manager
We are looking for a seasoned AutoCAD Project Manager (5+ years of commercial or residential experience) to lead the technical development of our exemplary homes. This isn’t just drafting; you are the bridge between artistic vision and built reality.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):
• Architectural Artistry: Taking hand drawn sketches or conceptual AutoCAD drawings from our architects/designers and translating them into pristine, detailed AutoCAD construction documents.
• Coordinating Chaos: Liaising with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent shines through from concept to completion.
• Systems Management: Managing timelines and maintaining our rigorous quality control standards.
• Mentorship: Managing and mentoring other CAD technicians in the firm, fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment.
• Site Harmony: Ongoing communication with our architects/designers along with communication with contractors on-site to solve design challenges, ensuring the final home is nothing short of exemplary.
Who You Are:
• AutoCAD Expert: You can draft in your sleep (but please don’t). You understand building systems, technology, and high-end construction methods.
• Proactive & Organized: You love managing timelines, organizing projects, and bringing order to the creative process.
