The position will be based in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities This position is an opportunity to positively impact patient and caregiver experience through the built-environment. The Construction Project Manager oversees all phases in the project life cycle including pre-design, programming, design, construction and occupancy phases for renovation and new construction projects in healthcare facilities. Effectively communicates and advises end-users on project scope, schedule and budget, along with adherence to design standards, templates and process/workflow driven design requirements. Will manage design consultants and construction management firms, coordinate with medical equipment vendors and meet with regulatory agencies.

Ensures that all the projects maintain approved scope, stay on budget and complete on time. Should have ability to reference various code standards and regulatory agencies such as International Building Code (IBC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Joint Commission (TJC). Should also be familiar with industry resources like the Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) and the Center for Healthcare Design (CHD).
