Who are we looking for?
  • Are you an experienced professional with 15+ years residential design experience, be it interior designer, lead designer or architect?
  • Are you interested in managing, inspiring and developing a department of designers to produce exceptional work?
  • Are you someone who has demonstrated leadership in the past, and managed people before?
  • Are you interested in sitting on a leadership team for an established high-end residential remodeling firm that is looking to grow?
  • Are you motivated and passionate about searching for anything, collaborating with anyone and finding inspiration anywhere in order to achieve exceptional design?
  • Are you interested in creating exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy (our core values)?
  • Are you successful at bringing in leads and interested in receiving additional compensation for it?
  • Are you a collaborator who enjoys a studio style vibe and working directly with field supervisors, project managers and crafts people?

At Quartersawn, our passion is crafting high quality, exceptionally designed, bespoke residential remodeling experiences. We specialize in major upgrades to older homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul and the near surrounding areas.
