Architectural design at CTA:
If you are a Senior Medical Planner with at least 10 years of experience who believes that healthcare can be reimagined and reinvented through design and are looking to surround yourself with a team of design professionals who support one another and their clients in designing for the future of healthcare, you’ve found your home.

As CTA’s Senior Medical Planner, you will work on projects that push the boundaries of cutting-edge design as well as enjoy the flexibility and all of the opportunity that comes with building and leading a healthcare team in your regional office while promoting CTA in your community. You will be the steward of our teams and our projects, developing new business, design quality, and unity. You will be called upon to support architectural design work in partnership with talented designers, engineers, and business professionals across all of our 14 offices to achieve integrated, forward-thinking design solutions.

A leader like you will bring CTA’s Healthcare Design Studio:
• The ability to develop new business opportunities in the medical industry for the firm, as well as, building on and expanding existing client relationships
• A high comfort-level with collaboration and mentorship in all aspects of architectural design
• Leadership to carry out project development and project teams from inception to completion, including directing the architectural team and integrating the engineering teams on projects of varying scale and budget
• A passion for creating incredible experiences for clients
• A deep knowledge of contract documents, specifications, shop-drawings, and submittal review, specifications, and cost estimations of Healthcare projects
• Relevant construction observation and construction administration experience
• The ability to prosper in and even enjoy deadline-driven environments
• A talent for balancing graceful communication between CTA teams and our clients
