A JLG Healthcare Project Manager:

A JLG Healthcare Project Manager coordinates the entire project team, leads internal and external meetings, is the day-to-day contact for the client and keeps the budget and schedule online. They are knowledgeable about healthcare trends including creating healing environments, optimizing clinical workflows, and elevating the patient and guest experience with an understanding of recruiting and retention of clinical staff, infection control, technology, lighting, A/V, and food service.

— Leads. A JLG Healthcare Project Manager makes independent decisions and empowers his or her teammates while also managing difficult conversations (contract enforcement, contingency, etc).
A few more attributes of a future JLG-er:
— You are deeply experienced. You must be a registered architect with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience with evidence of successful achievement of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a $5 million construction budget. If you have a portfolio with award-winning projects, even better. You have experience in the planning, design, documentation, and construction of healthcare projects, including clinical and acute care environments, medical planning, and master planning.
