We are currently seeking an individual with extensive Historic preservation and rehabilitation knowledge for our established and growing Historic market segment to work in any of our 5 studios. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Historic Specialist with a minimum of 6 years in the field of architecture, with a focus on historic preservation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in the assessment and planning of historic projects and specialize in the restoration and rehabilitation of historically significant buildings. Experience should include conducting in-depth research to understand the history and significance of historic structures, including conducting historic building assessments, evaluating current conditions of historic buildings, and developing comprehensive preservation and restoration plans. This role will be instrumental in leading projects from concept through constructions, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams. An Architectural license is required.
