Housing Studio Architect

LHB has an exciting opportunity for an Architect to join our award-winning Housing Studio. The LHB Housing Studio consists of a 20-person team with a passion for and commitment to collaborating with a wide variety of clients in the creation of socially impactful housing through innovative and environmentally sensitive design. Experience in aspirational yet cost-contained multi-family housing design, including innovation in building envelope performance and resident life enrichment, is a prerequisite for this position. Our team aspires to create regenerative communities through a supportive studio culture that fosters curiosity and embraces diversity.

• Ideal qualifications include: o Experience with affordable housing financing requirements and processes o Experience with housing-specific sustainable design initiatives including Green Communities, LEED, B3, Energy Star, PHIUS and/or similar o Experience with existing building assessments and renovation o Experience with construction administration services LHB is a multi-disciplinary engineering, architecture, and planning firm known for our design leadership and commitment to providing design services to clients.
