ARCHITECTURAL RESOURCES, INC. (ARI) is seeking a Landscape Architect or Landscape Architectural Designer with 2-8 years of professional experience.

ARI is a multi-disciplinary firm with offices in Hibbing and Duluth. Our in-house staff of almost 30 team members includes Architects, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Interior Designers and Landscape Architects. Our projects span a range of areas including education, cultural, housing, parks & rec, commercial, and healthcare.

We are looking for a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to assist with projects from conceptual design to construction documents through bidding and construction administration.

An ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work on several projects/tasks both independently and successfully with a project team. The ability to communicate across disciplines is necessary. Attention to detail will be crucial, as will the ability to take initiative to produce and direct high-quality deliverables with minimum supervision.

Landscape Architects at ARI have the following responsibilities:

• Conceptual design. 
• Development and revision of conceptual renderings, designs, and sketches Construction Document development. 
• Drafting and revision of construction plans and details using AutoCAD and Revit software Comprehensive.
• Planning Preparation of and coordination of written specifications. Construction Administration. 
• Understanding of regulatory requirements. 
• Programming Material selection. 
• Working knowledge of public process and performance of community engagement. 
• Work directly with clients, consultants, stakeholders, etc.
• Create and adhere to project schedules. 
• Producing and leading project oversight. 
• Proactive marketing. 

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Required:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program State of Minnesota Professional Registration.
• 2+ years of Professional Landscape Architecture.
• Experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Preferred:

• 5+ years of Professional Landscape Architecture. 

• Experience Proficiency in: 3D Programs (Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion), AutoCAD Civil 3d. 

Salary: Pay rate will be commensurate with education, training, and experience.
