We are searching for a Building Services Mechanical Designer to complete our award-winning team and assist in creating high-end design solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, an effective communicator, and must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collecting initial drawings, calculations and design ideas from engineering team and combine all relevant data into initial design models for review and modification
Creating construction documents of mechanical, piping, plumbing and control systems for new buildings and remodels
Continually develop and maintain an understanding of construction processes and construction documentation
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers both internally and externally to define space requirements for mechanical and plumbing systems and layout those systems while blending into the architecture of the building and integrate seamlessly into high-end design solutions.
Associate degree in CAD design or equivalent
3+ Years experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems
Actively demonstrate initiative and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently
Willingness to travel occasionally for site meetings and field verification via company plane (no overnight travel)
Experience with Revit – proficiency required
Experience with SpecLink, eSpecs, or other specification writing software – preferred
Experience with Bluebeam and Trace 700 – preferred.
