We are currently seeking a talented Performance Director to advance our growing Performance focus and market specialty by leading efforts to elevate design and advance existing and new performance offerings across our practice.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of eight years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Strong skills in strategic leadership, research, performance, collaboration, and communication are a must and proficiency with performance-based software, programs and certifications are required. Professional affiliations and industry leadership focused on the sustainability and performance market are a plus.
Experience and related skills shall include an advanced level of knowledge of the AIA’s Framework for Design Excellence and the 2030 Commitment, Post Occupancy Evaluation, and Indoor Air Quality, as well as technical knowledge of performance-based certifications such as WELL, ILFI Living Building, LEED, etc. Additional skills or experience with areas of behavioral research, surveys, subjective quantification, carbon assessments, LCA and areas of social equity and justice are a plus.
