We are currently seeking an Architect who has between 6 to 10 years of varied experience. Someone who enjoys taking projects from beginning to end. An individual who is savvy in the latest design and documentation software, including REVIT, Rhino, Grasshopper and SketchUp, to name a few.

The Project Architect will develop, manage, and document the technical aspects of the project. He/she works closely with the Project Manager. Responsibilities include the following:
Confirms Scope of Work and contractual obligations with Project Manager
Understands the project(s) scope, and plans and develops concepts and approaches appropriate to the construction budget and the disciplines in carrying out the project work.
Coordinates project design and schedule with all consultants
Follows the Project Plan/Informs the Project Manager of obstacles
Responsible for maintaining team progress and meeting project deliverables deadlines
Assures overall quality, completeness, and accuracy of Construction Documents
Assures that project team is mindful of the sustainable, LEED or Well goals of the Owner
Attends meetings with Owner as required by Project Manager/prepare meeting minutes
Performs code analysis
Works with Specifications Team, Project Manager and Owner to coordinate Specifications and Front-end Documents
Coordinates agency reviews/plan check/Fire Marshall/Commissions/etc.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from accredited college or university in Architecture
Professional expertise demonstrated through 6 to 10 years of progressive experience working with various project types
Minimum of 3 years in a project supervisory role
Commercial project experience preferred
High level competency in the use of design and production software (i.e. REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, In-Design, etc.) and functional literacy in use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with individuals throughout the organization and a strong team-oriented approach
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel
Current affiliation and/or membership of local, state, or national industry organization(s) is a plus
LEED® and/or Well® Accredited Professional is a plus
