The Project Architect will be a critical member of the project team participating in the full range of project related phases with the client and project manager:
Will assist in the development of design work
Lead in the production of technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate the related work of other disciplines and assume in-house construction administration duties on projects
Act as the primary client liaison and direct the work of others

Documentation of the project from concept and schematic design through construction documentation and detailing
Organization and coordination of all construction documents (drawings and specifications)
Client and Consultant coordination to oversee accurate and timely completion of construction documents
Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
Implementation of all local, state and federal applicable building codes, constructability and architectural standards of practice
Site observations and site inventory documentation
Participate in all aspects of construction administration related activities (in office and on site)
Lead/Mentor production staff.
Five-year Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
Professional Registration is preferred
5 -10 years of project architect experience within the architecture and construction field
Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
Ability to provide efficient and elegant design solutions
Excellent communication skills, able to have a solid working relationship with clients
Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture – preferred
