Description

Project Architect Direct Hire | $80,000 – $105,000 Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture and collaborative design team seeking a Project Architect to join their team. In this role, you will direct an architectural project team during the design, documentation, and construction administration phases of commercial projects.

Project Architect Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Project Manager. Oversee and guide a project team, including external consultants, on all phases of a project.
Collaborate with other team members in Project Management and Engineering. 
Review and process project submittals, requests for information, and change management during Construction Administration.
Create presentation drawings for submittal to governing agencies, landowners, and owner. 
Perform code analysis and life safety reviews. 

Project Architect Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited Architecture program. Licensed Architect in Minnesota or another state. 4+ years of experience in architecture working on commercial building projects. 

Previous experience with construction administration and project management Advanced knowledge of building codes and technical detailing Proficiency with Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu.
