12-month consulting time to direct, Project Architect $38 – $45/hr In need of 8-10+ year project architect with specific experience in Multiple building types, corporate interiors. (could also be an Architect that is hands on with the Revit drawings)

• Strong Revit abilities. 
• Experience on multiple building types, corporate interiors project types, build outs, T.I. remodels.
• Can work with senior designers in developing details and researching products.
• Can direct less senior staff in construction documentation; can also “jump in” on projects as required.
• Has worked with MEP engineers and consultants in coordinating working drawings.

This position focuses on all building types and provides a complete turn-key solution for their clients.

This position also involves conceptualizing with the client, moving into design phase and working with them throughout the process – each designer is responsible for their projects from start to finish in Revit w/ support from PM and Principals.

They provide employees the opportunity to get highly involved with projects, large and small. You get to be hands on/client facing from start-up to CA. Growth is given and you do get involved with all aspects of the project process.
