Project Architect | Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $80K – $110k Our client, a Twin Cities multidiscipline firm with architectural, engineering, and environmental services, is seeking to add a Project Architect to their growing architectural team. As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with a team on the design of institutional and civic buildings under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Project Manager.

Responsibilities of the Project Architect: Develop conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings Assist with preparing specifications. Participate in all phases of design and construction. Perform quality reviews. Review building codes. Review shop drawings, material samples, and documents. Interfaces with clients and engineering. Mentors more junior staff. Conduct site and facility verification and assist in construction administration as needed.

Qualifications of the Project Architect: Professional Degree in Architecture; Licensed or on track to be licensed is MN. 5+ years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus. Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Effective written and oral communication skills for reports and team meetings.
