Description

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants. Our Project Designer will work out of our Midwest Division, and can be located in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa or Minnesota. 

As a Project Designer you will work directly with project team members and be responsible for development, creation, coordination of design and construction documents. Some travel to project sites may be required within the Midwest region to complete site visits, field verifications and building assessments.

Project Designer Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate documents by ensuring all project details are incorporated. Provide technical feedback in the development of project documents. 
  • Identify and propose technical solutions to design challenges. 
  • Independently manage select portions of project under supervision of Project Architect. 
  • Contribute proactively to the project team Manage own time based on deadlines and direction provided.

Project Designer Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited program; or Technical Degree in Engineering/Architectural Design. 3 or more years of experience and on the path to licensure. 
  • An understanding of technical knowledge in architectural drafting and design. Significant design modeling and drafting experience with Revit and Microsoft Office Suite software. 
  • Strong communicator, collaborative, detail oriented and organized.
