Description
Project Draftsperson
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Draftsperson to join our Architectural Services team. In this role, you’ll transform design concepts into accurate, detailed, and high-quality technical drawings, visualizations, and documentation to support architectural and construction projects. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to support all phases of project development—from concept through construction documentation. We are looking for a person driven by a focused dedication to quality, a passion for design, and a steadfast commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate technical drawings and documentation
• Support design development and presentation materials
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure aligned documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
• Maintain organized project files and version control
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and InMotion
• 3-5 years’ experience in and knowledge of building codes and construction standards, specific to single-family residential construction
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into buildable documents
This position is full-time, on-site in Wayzata, MN. Pay is commensurate with experience, within a salary range of $65,000 – $80,000 annually. This position is benefits-eligible for health and wellness benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
