Description

This position will provide all aspects of project management related to construction projects for new facilities or remodeling/rehabilitation and repair of existing facilities; establish and administer construction-related contracts, establish and administer project budgets, and provide managerial oversight for all project activities; provide real estate and management services relating to the maintenance of Ramsey County-owned properties, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field. Experience: Five years of experience in capital asset management, construction management, project management, and/or related experience with commercial and institutional buildings and grounds.

Substitution: Associate’s Degree in related design and construction field and seven years of experience in areas such as capital asset management, construction management, project management, and/or related experience with commercial and institutional buildings and grounds can be substituted for education. Certifications/Licensure: Valid class D driver’s license.
