Description

Project Manager – Licensed Architect
Are you a licensed architect that leads projects, manages teams, and delivers design solutions? This is a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of projects from early concept through construction, while working in a fun, collaborative, and flexible design environment.

Responsibilities:
-Project Leadership & Delivery
-Lead projects through all phases: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction
-Documents, and Construction Administration
-Establish and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
-Ensure alignment with client goals, code requirements, and quality standards

Client Management
-Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships
-Lead meetings, presentations, and coordination
-Manage expectations, risks, and project outcomes

Team Coordination
-Direct and coordinate internal staff and external consultants
-Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
-Foster collaboration across disciplines
-Technical Oversight
-Ensure design and documentation meet building codes, regulations, and constructability standards
-Oversee quality control and coordinate document reviews
-Support problem-solving during design and construction

Requirements:
-Licensed Architect (AIA)
-8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in project delivery
-Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and consulting teams
-Understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes
-Communication, leadership, and client management skills
-Ability to balance design vision with technical execution
-Able to lead both clients and internal teams
-Desire to mentor junior designers
