Project Manager for a housing and mixed-use project in LA. Requires CA License. Responsible for the overall coordination of project to meet budget, deadlines and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of plans, drawings, details and specifications, coordination and communication with internal team and consultants, review of documents for completeness and accuracy, compliance with building codes, problem solving, etc. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
Requirements: 5 + years experience with a minimum of 5 + years in project management preferably on all phases of large scale, mixed use projects. Ability and willingness to travel to California. AutoCad and Revit experience a plus.
