Are you a registered AIA Architect with 8+ years of residential design experience? Are you interested in growth and pushing to be the most creative remodeling firm in the Twin Cities? Are you motivated by compensation for projects you bring to the firm? Are you excited by the idea of getting closer to the work, having more influence over the entire project, from concept to completion, and seeing your designs get built with greater certainty? Are you yearning for a streamlined collaboration between design and construction, reducing miscommunication and ensuring a smoother workflow. Are you a collaborator who enjoys a studio style vibe and mentoring other design professionals.

What would you be doing?
Creating exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy. Working directly with homeowners to foster deeper connections and a better understanding of their needs. Working directly with site supervisors, project managers and our carpenters so you can have more control over your designs and finished product.
