Residential Project Manager We are a collaborative team that offers full service architectural solutions from initial design through construction of new homes, additions, and remodeling. We specialize in custom residential design offering unique solutions for living in place, including lake homes, cabins, retirement homes and legacy solutions. Our style direction is varied following the owner’s desires and unfolds to what a site and budget and clever design has to offer.

We are seeking a full-time project manager to join our team. Growth opportunity is available including partnership track for qualified individuals. Duties include taking a lead role in managing projects working in tandem with Principal on development of schematic designs through construction administration. Candidates must have an in depth understanding of wood frame construction and ability to develop a building into fully coordinated construction documents and details.

Skills must include an in-depth ability to work within a 3D Revit environment for all aspects of building development and construction document communication including schedules, details, building sections, interior and exterior elevations, plan development, structural coordination, Custom family component creation and Material modeling. We work within a cloud environment and collaborate through central models and cloud servers.

Candidates must be knowledgeable and comfortable working remotely with the ability to collaborate within cloud environments for project development, client contact and communication. The ideal candidate is personable, motivated, organized, punctual, dependable, and committed to helping foster and develop a professional work environment. Tasks would include participation in public outreach events, Creating and developing designs, Acute ability to Convert product and building code research into viable solutions, Develop and draft construction details, track budgets, manage production, and able to provide clear delegation of drafting duties within a team environment.

Requirements: Willingness to develop a career in residential architecture, Six years’ experience in the residential field, bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, motivated toward or holding architect licensure, proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Lumion and Microsoft Office, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience gathering field data and developing accurate as-built models, The desire to work and learn in a collaborative work environment and ability to take direction and work independently.
