As a virtual company based in Minneapolis, we embrace flexibility and modern work practices, enabling our team members to contribute from anywhere in the country. We are hiring an exceptional Residential Drafter/Designer who shares our passion for high-end residential design.

In this role, you will:
• Utilize your expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documents for custom homes
• Engage in the creative process of design development, bringing unique ideas to life
• Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, contributing to projects that define luxury homes

We Are Looking for Someone With:
• A degree in architecture, drafting, or similar
• 5 or more years of experience in designing and drafting high-end architectural homes
• Proficiency and efficiency in producing architectural documentation including DD and CD sets
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD
•Intermediate skills with SketchUp
• A thorough understanding of the single-family residential construction process
