Charlie & Co Design is a full-service, architectural design firm established in 2008 that specializes in new homes, cabins, additions/remodels, and historic renovation projects.

We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Residential Project Manager / Designer position. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fun, collaborative studio environment on a wide variety of high-end residential projects. Candidates should have 5+ years’ of experience in residential design and project management.

Candidates must be team-oriented, and have exceptional communication/ organizational skills. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Lumion, MicroStation, or ARCHICAD is a plus but not required. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill.

This is a full-time salaried position with the following benefits: Health insurance reimbursement, paid overtime, & matched IRA contribution.
