Description

30+ year-old design consulting firm that serves the building envelope/façade industry has an immediate opening for a BIM Coordinator on a remote basis. Direct hire position!

Duties: **Create, edit, and coordinate 3D models and shop drawings using Revit and BIM 360 **Review architectural/structural plans to assist in the development of proposal documents on new projects (for curtain wall, glass/glazing, facades, metal panels, etc.) **Prepare design/proposal drawings in Revit or AutoCAD for potential/new projects **Present/review presale designs to clients, architects, contractors, owners, and consultants **Coordinate revisions required to shop drawings due to requirements of formal calculations Requirements: **AAS Degree in CAD Design or Bachelor’s in a technical discipline (Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, etc.) **4+ years of drafting/design experience **Strong Revit modeling skills **MUST have curtain wall, glass/glazing, or architectural metal panels industry experience **BIM 360 experience a plus **Ability to work remotely
