Description

David Charlez Designs, one of the leading luxury single-family home architectural design firms in the Twin Cities is seeking a Revit Drafter to join our award-winning team. Candidates are expected to have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time and be able to efficiently switch between tasks. Excellent candidates who complete job duties with urgency and efficiency will have their duties and responsibilities increase on projects and within the structure of the firm. This position is responsible for the drafting and production of complete construction drawing sets. Additional responsibilities include: 3d modeling, helping with the development and use of modeling standards, drafting and revisions to Revit files based on internal and client design feedback, and participating in meetings.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and credentials:
 Minimum of a degree in architectural drafting or architectural technology or a BS in architecture
 Self-motivated and capable of working independently and self-directing on to the next task
 Effective time management skills and a sense of urgency in completing assignments
 High degree of organization and ability to quickly adjust priorities
 Highly proficient in Revit
 High degree of professional experience with Sketchup
 Experience with rendering software like Lumion and/or Enscape or similar
 Professional experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
 Excellent written communication skills

David Charlez Designs office is located in Lakeville, MN. We work on projects throughout the Midwest and across the country. We are a collaborative studio that focuses on a high level of design and client service. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill. We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package. Previous experience with an architectural firm or luxury builder is considered a plus, but not required.
