This role is for a highly creative individual with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment. Primary Responsibilities: Perform drafting on projects of simple to moderate complexity with limited supervision. Set up projects, organize and maintain Revit model with high level of modeled detail. Review and integrate engineering drawings into the architectural construction drawings on assigned projects. Assist senior level technicians and architects with maintenance of job-related files. Adhere to required timeframes and allotted budgets.

Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related field. Knowledge of the architectural design practice and the construction industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to schedule, prioritize, and ensure completion and accuracy of assigned tasks with limited supervision. Must have 2+ years of working experience within Revit.

Experience with Enscape or other rendering software – preferred.
