Senior Architectural Technician

We are hiring a Senior Architectural Technician to support a strong pipeline of upcoming projects totaling more than $250M across civic, healthcare, assisted living, education, workplace, retail, and community facilities. This is a fulltime, long-term opportunity. You will join a growing design firm that has been in business for two decades and operates with a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Due to a very healthy project pipeline, you will help to deliver projects nationwide while maintaining the agility and personal connection of a mid-sized architecture firm.

Position Overview
This role is focused on architectural modeling and construction documentation in Revit. You will be a key technical contributor on part of a larger architectural project team responsible for developing coordinated, high-quality drawing sets for small to mid-sized commercial projects in various market sectors.
-Develop and maintain project models in Revit
-Produce complete, coordinated construction document (CD) sets
-Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants
-Assist with quality control and technical coordination
-Resolve detailing and documentation challenges
-Support project schedules and deadline commitments
-Help maintain BIM standards and documentation consistency

About You
-Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar
-5+ years of professional architectural drafting/modeling experience
-Proficiency in Revit
-Experience producing full construction document sets for commercial projects
-Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
-Experience with community-focused or Indigenous projects, public safety facilities (fire stations, police stations, civic buildings) is a plus
