Senior Interior Architect

A nationally recognized and award-winning firm in the Minneapolis area is looking to bring on a creative, innovative, and experienced Senior Interior Architect. They are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished individual to join their team. The role of the Senior Interior Architect will be responsible for collaborating and leading all aspects of the design process from schematic design through construction documentation.
Ability to work both independently and effectively.
Strong creative design and drawing skills.
Graphic and oral design presentation skills.
Strong space planning and three-dimensional conceptual design skills.
Experience in the aesthetic and functional aspects of materials and furnishings selection and specification.
3D design/modeling ability.
Strong client communication and time management skills.
Solid understanding of industry standards, construction methods, and technical systems at large.
Knowledge of the construction administration process.
10+ years of experience as an Interior Architect
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in 3D modeling.
The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent accreditation.
Proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience with commercial projects and corporate workplace.
