Senior Interior Designer

One of the most recognized and award winning firms in the Minneapolis area is growing and looking to bring on a creative, innovative, and experienced Senior Interior Designer. They are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished individual to join their team. The role of Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating and leading all aspect of the design process.

Position Summary:

Have the ability to work both independently and effectively.
Have strong creative design and drawing skills.
Graphic and oral design presentation skills.
Strong space planning and three-dimensional conceptual design skills.
Experience in the aesthetic and functional aspects of materials.
3D design/modeling ability.
Client communication and time management skills.
Written and oral communication skills.
Solid understanding of industry standards, construction methods, and technical systems at large.
Knowledge of the construction administration process.

Position requirements:

10+ years of experience as an Interior Designer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in 3D modeling.
The ability to travel on occasion.
