Senior Residential Interior Design Project Manager | $70,000-$100,000 |Minneapolis, MN Our client is an award-winning interior design firm that specializes in making life beautiful, more accessible, and more meaningful through the power of exceptional upscale interior design. Their work spans residential, boutique commercial, and multi-family projects within the Twin Cities and across the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America.

About the Role: Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Residential Interior Design Project Manager to join their team. This role will focus on the management and execution of high-end residential design projects. You’ll possess a vast understanding of ultra-high-end residential home products, appliances, flooring, lighting, project scheduling, detailed billing, and project costing.

What We’re Seeking: • Extensive experience in interior design project management, specifically within the high-end residential sector. • Comprehensive knowledge of the development, construction, and costing process. • Deep understanding of ultra-high-end residential home products, including appliances, flooring, and lighting. • Proficiency in project scheduling, detailed billing, and project costing. • Ability to lead and manage projects from inception through completion. • Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders. • A passion for design and a commitment to creating spaces that are not just beautiful but also meaningful and functional.

Requirements: • A Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design or a closely related field. • Background in high-end residential design projects • Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Excel. • Experience with detailed billing and project costing; familiarity with QuickBooks. • Highly detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
