Primary Responsibilities: Manage and mentor technical staff and work closely with other project team members to coordinate all construction documentation for the project Perform drafting on projects of any complexity without supervision Review and integrate engineering drawings into the architectural construction drawings on assigned projects Establish, document, and ensure compliance of company standards for Revit modeling & drafting Create and modify Revit families as needed for specific projects Assist in organization and management of Revit Library and Template.

Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related field Knowledge of the architectural design practice and the construction industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a desire to learn and grow Ability to schedule, prioritize, and ensure completion and accuracy of assigned tasks without supervision Must have 7+ years of working experience within Revit. Experience with Enscape or other rendering software – preferred.
