Flexible Office Location – Rochester, Baxter or Grand Forks Widseth Smith Nolting has an opportunity available for a high-achieving, ambitious Specification Writer to join our architectural team. The Specification Writer would have the ability to conceptualize, develop, deliver, and implement management of specification resources on time and within budget. Qualifications include: CSI certification is required. At least 5 years of experience in specification writing or active in the architecture and design field. Technically inclined. • Working knowledge of Revit and SpecLink preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Word. • Experienced in commercial, institutional, healthcare, and educational project types. • Skilled at coordinating specifications and drawings.
