Konik PrimeStaff is partnering with a well established, employee-owned company searching for a Structural Engineer to add to their growing team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design of a variety of different building types to include commercial, educational, health care, housing, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities: -Prepare design documents for structural systems. -Will be exposed to multiple building types and materials to include steel, masonry, concrete, and wood. -Prepare engineering calculations and structural specifications for a variety of building types. -May lead engineering design on the project and oversee the production of construction documents. -Provide an efficient engineering design that meets current building code requirements and project budgets.

Requirements: -B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; EIT or PE -2-7 years of experience in structural design of commercial building projects -Experience with Structural analysis software (RISA or RAM) -Experience in structural design using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. -Revit experience is a plus -MS Office experience (Word and Excel) -Self-motivated and strong attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
