Studio BV is seeking a Senior Project Architect – Technical Leader for our Minneapolis Studio!

Studio BV is a multidisciplinary design firm, which affords us the unique perspective of working on projects on various scales and through myriad lenses. We design to accelerate change in culture, communities and action. We began this studio to remake what a design firm can be. The Senior Project Architect will mentor teams, lead and direct technical details, engage with clients, contribute to the design and problem solving, and create technical documentation, specifications, construction documents and perform construction administration. Experience in workplace design is preferable. Studio BV has a culture focused on team experience and our core values. We work in a hybrid way and flexibility is part of our DNA. Requirements: Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices. A passion for technical design Mentoring abilities. Good communication and management skills. Revit experience. Understanding of building codes. A licensed architect in MN is required. LEED accreditation is a bonus. 10 years or more experience preferred.
