Description
Snow Kreilich Architects is a nationally recognized and award-winning architectural studio-based practice founded in 1995 by Julie Snow. With each project led by design principals, the studio focuses on producing architecture that performs against multiple measures of design excellence.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Business Development and Marketing, Design Principals, and senior staff to support the firm’s goals and all marketing, communications, and business development efforts. They will provide marketing research, training, procedure development support, public relations, and proposal development. The Marketing Manager must ensure that schedules are met and that various aspects of proposals are accurate and delivered on time. This is a hands-on role, requiring direct involvement in all marketing tasks. Strong communication, writing/editing, organizational skills, and proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams are required. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Principals, Directors, and Project Managers on all proposals and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the proposal process from RFQ/RFP analysis to strategy to final submission, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Take ownership of proposals as needed.
• Lead the development and production of time-sensitive submissions and marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, awards, and qualification packages in collaboration with project teams, the Director of BD & Marketing and SK Principals.
• Assist with client research and lead-finding.
• Strategize and oversee updates to the website, social media channels & architecture portfolio sites.
• Create and manage marketing schedules and maintain metrics.
• Strategize and facilitate internal and external communications, including emails and social media posts.
• Generate insights into thought leadership and brand visibility strategies that reflect and distinguish SK.
• Represent SK’s brand voice and style, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Oversee event logistics such as sponsorships, registrations, and booth materials.
• Participate in small-group and company-wide meetings and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
• Experience in the built environment (A/E/C industry) preferred.
• Strong graphic design and layout skills.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office
• Oversee one individual (Marketing & Communications Coordinator), offering mentorship and fostering professional growth.
• Critical thinker and strategist who is personable and highly communicative.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including acting as an in-house editor to maintain accurate and consistent voice and editorial standards in copy.
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills are necessary.
• Self-sufficient and highly communicative with the ability to manage schedule and balance multiple deadlines/workloads.
• Critical thinker and strategist who is personable and highly communicative.
