Kodet Architectural Group is a second-generation minority-owned architectural practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Marketing Proposal Writing and Production
Kodet Architectural Group, a small firm based in Minneapolis, is seeking a full-time marketing staff member with experience in the public sector work, including Federal, State, and local government. Initially, this role would be responsible for producing compelling, client-focused proposals and submissions that effectively communicate our office’s design expertise and project experience, with the intention of future growth for the position.
The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Ten plus years of experience in Architectural Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing and technical editing skills
• Strong graphics skills and thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Energetic, creative self-starter with a hands-on approach
