Description

Join a design-driven, boutique architecture firm that specializes in thoughtfully crafted multifamily housing projects. We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with Revit proficiency and strong technical skills to support a growing portfolio of new construction multifamily projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile studio setting and wants to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality construction documents for impactful multifamily residential developments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the production of construction documents for new construction multifamily housing projects
• Develop coordinated Revit models with architectural and consultant teams
• Interpret design intent into technical solutions that meet code and client expectations
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to firm and industry standards
• Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and construction teams
• Participate in project coordination meetings and site visits as needed
• Mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural production and detailing
• Proven experience in Revit for multifamily or large-scale residential projects
• Understanding of building codes, assemblies, and construction practices
• Experience with wood-framed, podium, and/or mixed-use construction types preferred
• Comfortable taking ownership of technical documentation from SD through CDs
• Ability to manage time across multiple deadlines and collaborate within small teams
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
