Description
JLG is looking for a Project Architect specializing in multi-family housing to join our Community studio. JLG’s Project Architects are the master coordinators of the project team and owner. They have an expert ability to analyze, recognize, and execute high-performance design solutions while maintaining the overall financial outcomes for the project budget and internal staff plan. Striving for flawless execution they are accountable for all aspects of their projects.We are looking for a registered architect with 3-5 years of Multifamily housing experience, with expert knowledge of project budget management for all ongoing project work. Ideally you will be able to provide job functions on projects up to $100 M and total project portfolio demonstrating experience of minimum $350 M in construction value.
