The starting base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. BDH offers a comprehensive benefit's package, including performance bonuses. Description

The Senior Architect is a licensed architect responsible for leading a client successfully through the entire project. This role manages a team of Architects, Interior Designers, and Technical Designers in support of team projects. They applies diverse knowledge of design principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields. This position guides preparation of floor plans, design development drawings, sections, detail drawings and construction drawings. This role will oversees production of complete and quality drawings and specifications for construction, obtaining building permits, and project bidding. They serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors and consultants during all project phases.
