  • Registrants will meet on Tuesday, October 20 from 6:30 to 9:30 at the AIA Minnesota office for an open discussion and Q&A with each of the three instructors as shown below:

Dave Blume for electrical from 7:30 to 8:30
And the architect, Dan Grothe, from 8:30 to 9:30

Instructors

Jim Manning, PE, LEED AP, is a Partner with Gausman & Moore Associates, Inc. He is a mechanical design engineer and project manager for retail, government, commercial, educational, and institutional projects involving all aspects of mechanical design. This is Jim’s eighth year instructing ARE Reviews for AIA Minnesota.
Dave Blume, PE, LEED AP, is a Partner with Gausman & Moore Associates, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1993. He is an electrical engineer for government, educational, institutional, commercial and industrial projects. This is Dave’s tenth year instructing ARE Reviews for AIA Minnesota.
Dan Grothe, AIA, LEED AP, is an Associate and project manager at Cuningham Group Architecture Inc. in the Live/Work studio. Dan is in his eighth year of teaching ARE review courses.  Dan was a participant in AIA Minnesota’s six-month-long Leadership Forum program in 2012.
