Architect | Minneapolis, MN | 5-6 month Contract | $35 – $48/hr

Konik is partnering with a nationally recognized, award-winning design studio based in Minneapolis focused on thoughtful, high-performance architecture. As an Architect, you will make an immediate impact with a design team, providing documentation and detailing for a large multi-family residential building.

Architect Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design development and construction document phases of a multi-story residential project.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and assemblies aligned with the studio’s design standards.
• Revit modeling and coordination across disciplines, ensuring consistency and quality control.
• Collaborate with consultants and team members to integrate structural, MEP, and landscape systems.
• Assist with code analysis, accessibility compliance, and specifications.

Architect Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, experience with multi-family housing projects is ideal.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for documentation and detailing is essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction systems, and documentation best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
