We specialize in high-end custom home design and are seeking a talented architectural drafter to be part of the team bringing our designs to life.

Position Overview: This role requires expertise in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documents for luxury custom homes. JMAD is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop precise construction documents for custom home projects
• Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet client specifications
• Adhere to building codes and regulations in all drafted documents

Requirements:
• Degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience drafting high-end architectural homes
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in SketchUp; advanced skills preferred
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Chat)
• Deep understanding of building and construction practices
• Highly motivated, with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to produce drawings in a fast and efficient manner
