Architectural Job Captain

This is not a one-size-fits-all position. You’ll have the freedom to focus on what you love—whether that’s early-stage design, technical documentation, project leadership, or a mix of all three.

What You’ll Do:
-Lead the production of drawing sets and project documentation
-Coordinate design development through all phases of a project
-Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
-Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive team culture
-Take ownership of your projects and help shape their success

What You’ll Bring:
-A degree in architecture -3-10+ years of experience in architectural practice
-Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Enscape, and Bluebeam a plus)
-Strong understanding of how buildings go together and how to communicate that in a drawing set
-Experience managing or mentoring a small team
-Licensure is not required
