Description

David Charlez Designs, a nationally recognized leader in high-end custom residential architectural design, is seeking a Licensed Architect to join our award-winning team. Known for our timeless yet innovative designs, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind luxury homes that blend elegance, function, and exceptional craftsmanship. We are looking for a talented architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential market who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, detail-oriented, and skilled in transforming a client’s vision into breathtaking custom homes.

Responsibilities include:

Leading projects through construction documentation
Collaborating with the DCD Team, builders, and design consultants
Developing high-quality design solutions with an eye for innovation and detail
Producing and reviewing technical drawings and specifications

Requirements:

Current architectural license
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury custom residential architecture
Strong proficiency in Revit and Sketchup design software
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to juggle multiple projects at one time.
