OPN Architects is an award-winning architectural firm with multiple studios serving the greater Midwest. Our open studio environment nurtures design excellence and rewards professional growth.

We are currently seeking talented Architects and Emerging Professionals to join our dynamic teams in our Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines, Iowa, or Minneapolis, Minnesota, studios. The ideal candidates will have an architectural degree and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience. Our open studio environment and collaborative approach to architecture requires that you work well with others and consistently build strong relationships with teammates and clients. The right person for our studio will have a balanced skill set including design, building technologies, Revit and 3D-modeling experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on projects from design through construction, communicate effectively, and work independently and within a team. A professional degree, experience and a strong portfolio are required. We are looking for the right fit. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
