The Project Architect plays a critical role on project teams, assisting in the development of design work, leading the production of technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and other disciplines, and managing in-house construction administration. This position also involves client communication, supporting project managers, and ensuring code compliance and high-quality design standards throughout all project phases.

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in architecture, with professional registration preferred. Applicants should have a minimum 6 years of experience as a project architect in architecture or construction. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, building systems, and site requirements is required, along with proficiency in Revit Architecture and Bluebeam. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
