Description

Well-established (and growing!) custom home design / construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer.

Duties:
*Using Revit, create detailed construction documents for residential remodeling and new construction projects
*Create 3D renderings for customer presentations
*Interpret conceptual sketches and meeting notes
*Collect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.)
*Balance multiple projects at a time

Requirements:
*AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar
*3+ years of residential drafting experience
*Strong Revit skills
*Understanding of residential building materials and construction standards
*Ability to work onsite fulltime and in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to pass a background check
