Up to $43/hr, depending on experience.

Description

Duties:
-Work with and complete general modeling utilizing REVIT.
-Develop Production level drawings and Bill of Material (BOM) takeoffs for Residential and Commercial projects to support Production
-Timely completion of documentation to support Production, and Engineering schedules
-Help guide the allocation of Engineering resources to assure accurate and timely completion of product documentation
-Maintain effective document control, including Cloud-based document management and access, as per department standards
-Assist in model coordination with external consultants, Architects, Engineers, and suppliers as needed
-Participate in the development of departmental standards, templates, and modeling standards
-Follow modeling standards, and department procedures to ensure consistency
-General administration of document control process
-Mentoring of junior level team members and/or interns to assure accurate consistent work.
-Provide support to the Production Floor as requested
-Other duties as assigned by department leadership

Qualifications:
-Residential and or light commercial experience required
-Strong Structural (wood), Mechanical, Plumbing and or Electrical modeling experience highly desired
-Strong REVIT skill required; REVIT Certification preferred
-Advanced CAD and BIM skills will be an advantage
-AGA CAD experience highly desired
-Experience with off-site construction; Modular, penalizations, fenestration is highly desired
