Description

1st St. NW has partnered with a busy, well-established design-build construction company near Saint Cloud in their search for a Senior Project Architect. You’ll be responsible for leading the architectural design process from concept through to completion while also leading design teams, providing technical guidance, and interacting with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor teams by championing a collaborative environment.
* Serve as a primary point of contact to clients and project owners.
* Provide technical direction and guidance on all aspects of the project (code compliance, material specifications, construction documents).
* Ensure all phases of the project are done on time and within budget, while adhering to quality standards.
* Oversee the Construction Administration process.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
* 10+ years of experience in Architecture
* Must be a Licensed Architect
* NCARB Certification (preferred)
* Strong experience working with Revit and/or SketchUp
* Ability to communicate well with clients and give presentations
* Proven track record of leading project teams
